Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VB Pelli (www.pelli.vamsibhavani.in), operated by VB Pelli ("we", "us"). By creating an account or publishing an invitation you agree to these terms.

The service

VB Pelli lets you design digital invitation websites for weddings, engagements, receptions and similar celebrations, and publish them at a web address for a fixed period after a one-time payment.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the names, text and photos you add. You give us a licence to host and display them to people you share your link with, only to provide the service.
• You confirm you have the rights and consent to publish every photo, name and piece of content you add, including those of family members and guests.
• You must not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, or is unrelated to a genuine celebration.
• Music is limited to tracks from our curated library of public-domain / CC0 recordings. You must not attempt to add copyrighted audio.

Publishing, validity and renewals

• Designing and previewing are free. Publishing an invitation requires a one-time payment shown at checkout.
• A published invitation stays online for the period shown at checkout (currently 365 days). After it ends, visitors see a closing page; you can renew to bring it back.
• You may change your invitation's address once after publishing. Previously shared links stop working when you do.

Takedowns

We may remove content or unpublish an invitation that breaks these terms or the law, or in response to a valid complaint (including copyright notices), with or without notice. Contact contact.vamsibhavani@gmail.com to report content.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep invitations online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
