Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because you can design and preview your invitation completely free before paying, purchases are generally final once your invitation is published.

When we refund

• You were charged but your invitation was not published due to a technical problem on our side.
• You were charged more than once for the same invitation.
• You request a refund within 48 hours of payment and your invitation link has not been shared or opened by guests.

How to request

Email contact.vamsibhavani@gmail.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service any time. Published invitations remain online until the end of their validity period unless you ask us to take them down.
