Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VB Pelli collects and why. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Invitation content: text, names, event details and photos you add.
• Guests: guest names you add to create personal links; names guests type when leaving wishes; a random browser ID and the time when a guest taps "attend"; anonymous open counts.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We store the order and payment IDs and amounts, never your card or UPI details.
• Technical: IP addresses are used briefly for abuse prevention (rate limiting).

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse and contact you about your invitation. We do not sell personal data or show ads.

Who can see your invitation

Anyone with your published link can view it. Unpublished drafts are visible only to you. Photos are stored in publicly readable storage so guests can load them quickly.

Service providers

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Google (sign-in, fonts, maps) and Openverse (music catalogue).

Retention and deletion

You can delete drafts and guest data any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all invitations, email contact.vamsibhavani@gmail.com. Payment records are kept as required by tax law.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact.vamsibhavani@gmail.com.
